Interment: Entombment at St. Joseph Old Cemetery

Doug was an Ordained Spiritualist Minsiter who everyone adored one way or another. He was the father of Mariah Balzer, son of Beatrice 'Bea' Lack and Harry P. (Roberta) Balzer, grandson of Florence E. Clower, brother of Debora (Steve) Dole, Brenda Rolfes, Rick Balzer and Steven (Whitney) Balzer. Doug is also survived by wonderful nephews and one niece besides a huge handful of friends.

Doug's family suggests memorials be made to American Cancer Society, 2808 Rreading Road, Cincinnati, OH 45206.
