Thomas is the husband of the late Barbara Ann Kipp Sheeren. Barb died in 1986.

He is the father of Rae Ann (Larry) McRoberts and Marty (Karen) Sheeren, and grandfather of Justin Sheeren, Alyssa McRoberts, Hazel and Alexander Sheeren.

Tom is a retired printer.

He is a Korean War Veteran. His burial will be with Military Honors.
