Bryan is the son of the late Reynold and the late Joanne Wellnitz Walker, and step-son of the late Margaret Stevens Walker.

He is the brother of Dave (Pam) Schweer, Jackie Henderson, Cathy (Patrick) Bolten, Nancy (Nick) Trotta, Rod (Rose) Walker, Kelly (Debra) Walker, the late Joanne Mothersbaugh and the late Bruce Z. Walker.
