Interment: Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Montgomery, OH

Herman was the beloved husband of the late Marie Jansen (nee Hanekamp) who died February 15, 2009. He was the dear father of George (Emily) Jansen and Robert (Maryann) Jansen, loving grandfather of Allison, Ashley, Anne, Kristen & Mitchell Jansen, brother of Anna Conrad, Adele Jansen and the late Bill, Ben & Henry Jansen.

Herman was a bricklayer his entire life. He worked for Jansen & Moeller Company for over 40 years. Herman was a member of the Catholic Kolping Society.

In lieu of flowers the Jansen family suggests memorials be made to the Kolping Society, 10235 Mill Road, Cincinnati, OH 45231 or St. Ignatius of Loyola Church, 5222 North Bend Road, Cincinnati, OH 45247.
