Ruby was the wife of Charles Klousis. They were married on August 30, 1974 in Newport, Kentucky. Mother of Antonino (Betty) Klousis, Stephanie Klousis, Jim Mause and Doris (John) Skalski, grandmother of Tony, Corinne, Brandon, Brittany, Jimmy, John and Eric, great-grandmother of Michaela, Marissa, Tori and Ethan, daughter of Lida (nee Hale) Clark and the late Edgar Clark, sister of Edgar, Daryl, William & Tom Clark, Sue Miller and the late Louise Clark, Kathy Holaday & Imogene Andrews.

Ruby worked for Walmart as a greeter.
