Jamie A. Feuchter

August 22, 1969 ~ June 6, 2022 (age 52)

Feuchter, Jamie (Bowman). On June 6, 2022, at the age of 52, Jamie peacefully left this world after fighting to recover from a severe heart attack. Jamie leaves her children, Beth (Jayme) Wright, Joey (Krissie) Feuchter, Sarah Feuchter and her baby girl, Danielle.  Her grandchildren, Riley, Jay-Jay, Ellie, Cody, Josie, Declan, Jace, Clary, Kai & another grandson. Along with her children & grandchildren, Jamie left behind her 18 siblings & their families (10 brothers & 9 sisters)

Jamie was predeceased by her father, William Eugene Bowman, her mother, Mary Catherine Parker (Schilling)  and her sister, Tracy Rahm.

Jamie graduated from Western Hills High school in 1987. Jamie worked at St. James Day Care straight out of high school, at a photo hut downtown Cincinnati, and as a waitress and a bar maid, but her true calling was cosmetology. So, in 1998, Jamie attended International Hair Design Academy of Cosmetology. She graduated with a business management degree and license for hair, skin, and nails. She believed it shouldn’t cost so much to feel and look beautiful. She loved making her clients feel better than they did when they walked in.

Jamie married Joseph Michael Feuchter on September 27th, 1988. They divorced in 2016, but remained friends and continued to raise their four children

Jamie loved reading books, her bible, watching her criminal investigation shows, watching the wildlife around her, watering her plants, and filling her hummingbird feeders.

Jamie loved God, her career, her friends, her siblings, but most of all her children and grandchildren. She always had the biggest heart for children, and if there was ever a child in need Jamie would advocate for them. All of her children’s friends called her Mama or Mama J. She took them in and cared for them as her own, Jessica Benjamin, Joshua Stoffel, Brittani Long, Ashley Meranda, and Kristi Adkins. Jamie would help shelter, clothe, feed, nurture, and guide these children and so many more. Jamie’s heart and compassion will be what everyone will miss and remember most about her.

In lieu of a funeral , there will be a Celebration of Life held at the Nathanial Greene Lodge on Wessleman Road, on July 30th, 2022, at 4pm.
