Obituary

Norman P. Stewart passed away June 18, 2023, at the age of 81.  Following graduation from Western Hills High School (’59), he served in the US Marine Corps from 1960-1964. He retired from the Cincinnati Police Department in 1991 after 22 years of service.  He later returned to Western Hills High School as a resource officer.

Norman was a dedicated coach for youth baseball, football, basketball, and softball.  Norman was a beloved husband to the late Mary Kay (Kaiser) Stewart who passed in 2010.  He is survived by his sons; Norman P. Stewart, Jr.; Daniel J. Stewart, Mark E. Stewart; loving daughters-in-law, 13 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren as well as his brother, Ken Stewart. A visitation will be held at St. Martin of Tours Church in Cheviot on Friday June 23, 2023, from 9:30 am to 10:30 am with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30.  Burial to follow in New St. Joseph Cemetery.
